Bronze: Basic System Monitoring. Should you have any maintenance incidents, we will attempt to diagnose remotely during office hours. Remote engineering to diagnose and rectify issues are generally chargeable.

Silver: Proactive Remote monitoring of Server Status, AntiVirus and Backups. Recommendations and remote fixes are included where appropriate.

Gold: As Silver, but includes all remote and on site engineering where appropriate, technical helpdesk and optional monthly reports.

Platinum:A comprehensive maintenance and support agreement to cover your server and workstations, including engineering to ensure the system runs at optimum performance.

Proactively monitoring your systems is a continuous 24/7 operation, which gives us the power to predict the onset of system failures, instantly respond to unforeseen issues and monitor server applications and services. In addition, we are able to monitor the status of backup jobs and AntiVirus software.

Our services can also include offsite storage of critical data and snapshots of your servers to help get you up-and-running should a disaster strike.
